Dayglow Album Cover
This was a brand logo I created for a guitar shop, this was a solo project and I was the main designer. Researching already established guitar shops and I was motivated to create a modern look for a logo. Using Adobe Illustration I created the logo which is inspired by the sound hole of a guitar with string lines going across the logo, with the title fit inside the logo for the branding.

I would describe Dayglow’s music as “vibey“ and always music to get my energy and mental uplifted. So my goal with these two covers was to create a dreamy and abstract look contrasting on both sides. That’s the idea I get when listening to their music.
What makes this project unique is that I haven't created an album cover with my current experience, I have created a cover before but looking back, it was basic and bland. Dayglow being a new band I started listening to is a cool origin for this project, the main vocalist is such a cool person and really creates catchy songs. I learned more about gradients with this project which was something I wasn't good incorporating into my previous projects.
